# Enabling SSO for users

If you'd like to integrate Capture Expense with Azure Active Directory (AD) and enable Single Sign-On (SSO) with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), please contact your IT department. The setup below must be completed by a user with Entra ID administrative permissions, who must also have an account in Capture Expense.

**To enable Single Sign-On with Azure AD**

1. Go to the Capture Expense sign-in page: [https://app.captureexpense.com/](https://app.captureexpense.com/)
2. Click **Sign in with Microsoft**.
3. Enter your company email address or phone number, then click **Next**.
4. Enter your password, then click **Sign in**.
5. Open the authenticator app on your mobile phone and enter the six-digit code, then click **Verify**.
6. Review the permissions required to complete SSO (for example, view your profile and access data). Check the **Consent** box, then click **Accept**.

Once setup is complete:

- The Capture Expense app is added to your Azure Active Directory Enterprise apps.
- Any Capture Expense user in your organisation can sign in by clicking **Sign in with Microsoft**.
