# Enter expenses on behalf of another user

If you have permission to do so, you can enter an expense claim on behalf of another user.

1. At the top-right of the screen, you should see a drop-down list where you can select another user.

1. Select the user, then submit an expense as normal.

> Enter on behalf of does not delegate the responsibility to Approve claims.

While you have another user selected, the following message will appear at the top of the screen, which you can click to return to your own account.
