# Review a user's vehicle log

The vehicle log tracks personal and business mileage incurred by a claimant using a company or personal vehicle. As an administrator, you can review this log from the claimant's People record.

### Before you begin

Ensure the **Calculate Personal Mileage** and **Refund Personal Mileage** options are selected in the relevant vehicle record.

To review the log

1. Go to **Setup** > **People**.
2. Select the user’s record.
3. In the **Actions** menu on the right, select **Vehicle Log**.

1. This will display the vehicle log, which shows all vehicle activity relating to the user.
