# Bulk import year-to-date mileage

1. To bulk import year to date mileage, go to **Setup > People > Actions > Import Mileage Balance**.
2. Download the **Mileage Balances Template**.

1. Complete the sheet with the users email address, date for the YTD mileage to be applied to and Mileage Balance.
2. Save and return to **Setup > People > Actions > Import** to upload.
