# Getting started with Cintra People

Cintra People is your company's HR and payroll platform. It is the place to manage your people, run payroll, book leave, track time, view documents, complete onboarding tasks, and more. This help centre has guidance for everyone who uses Cintra People, whether you're an employee, a manager, an HR administrator, or a payroll professional.
