# Selecting a setup guide

Cintra People HR is available in three tiers: **Leave**, **HR Essentials**, and **HR Advanced**. Each builds on the one before it. **Time** is an optional add-on that can be included with any tier. For more information, see [Key features of Time](/hr/docs/time-using-time).

The set-up guides are cumulative: if you are setting up HR Advanced, you need to complete all three HR guides in order.

If your package includes Time, you can implement the [Time: Setup guide](/hr/docs/time-set-up-guide).

If you are unsure which tier your organisation is on, click **Licensing** in the side menu.
