# Employees: Viewing your pension information

You can view information about your pension in both your payslip and in letters that your employer sends you.

If you cannot access either Employee Hub or Self-Service, speak to your employer.

## Viewing your pension letters

You should receive an email about key changes to your pension, including your auto-enrolment in a pension. You can view these letters in both Employee Hub or Self-Service.

## Requesting changes to your pensions

You may wish to make changes to your pension, such as adjust your contribution. Speak to your employer, who can then make the necessary changes in Cintra iQ.
