# How do I print the organisation charts?

## To print the organisation charts

1. Go to: Tools > Organisation Chart. The Organisation Chart window appears.
2. Select an Organisation Chart.
3. Click the **Export** button.
4. Select a structure (e.g. Line managers or sickness) from the Communication Structure pane.
5. Check the box beside one or more tiers from the Communication Structure Tier pane below.
6. Click **Export**. The Communication Structure Export window appears.
7. Click **Save As.**
8. Select a name, location, and file type (.txt, .csv etc) for the file, then click **Save**.
