# Viewing P45s for former employees

<html><head></head><body><p>If you need to view the P45 forms for former employees, follow these steps:</p><ol><li><p><strong>Locate the Official Print Version</strong>: If the official print version of the P45 has been created, you can find copies in the <strong>PDFs section</strong> under <strong>acknowledgements</strong>.</p></li><li><p><strong>For Published Versions</strong>: If the P45 forms have been only published and not printed, please note that a copy is not maintained in our system.</p></li><li><p><strong>Reproduce the P45</strong>:</p><ul><li>Navigate to the specific employee's profile.</li><li>Click on <strong>forms sent to HMRC</strong>.</li><li>Untick the <strong>P45</strong> option.</li><li>Follow the process to reproduce the P45 form again.</li></ul></li></ol><p><strong>Navigation Path</strong>: To access the P45's, go to: <strong>Payroll</strong> &gt; <strong>Payroll Tools</strong> &gt; <strong>HMRC</strong> &gt; <strong>P45's</strong>.</p><p>If you encounter any issues or need further assistance, please contact our support team.</p></body></html>
