# Notifications

#### How do I turn off my own notifications?

1. Click your initials to open your user settings,
2. Select **Change your settings**.
3. Tick the box(es) beside any notifications you no longer want to receive.

#### How do I turn on/off another user’s notifications?

1. As an admin, open the **Setup** menu and select **People**.
2. Click the checkbox beside the user, then click **Edit**.
3. Select the **Switch off all notifications** checkbox, then click **Save**.

#### Why haven’t I received a notification email?

1. Check your spam/junk folder
2. Go to your preferences to check that notifications have not been turned off.
