# View archived claims

For auditing purposes, you might need to view archived claims or receipts.

### Accessing archived claims

1. In the side menu, select **Expenses**.
2. Click the **Archive** tab.
3. If there are a lot of expenses, you can use the menu on the right to filter by name, date, type etc.
4. Click the box to the left of the expense, then click **View** in the right menu**.**

### Claims view

Select a claim and click **View** to display all its information. You can hover over the receipt to zoom into it.
