# What is Cintra Groups?

Cintra Groups is an additional feature of Cintra People Payroll designed to streamline payroll input, remove unnecessary manual processes and mitigate the risk of data breaches by empowering managers.

### What can I do in Groups?

Once you have set up your groups, you can perform the same actions on them as you can with individual payrolls. This includes:

- [View payroll data](/payroll/docs/payrolls) and recalculate the payroll
- [View reports](/payroll/docs/reports)
- Manage [one-off payments and deductions](/payroll/docs/one-off-payments-deductions)
- [View payslip information](/payroll/docs/viewing-employee-pay-details)
