How Do I Import Salary and Allowances into Cintra Cloud?

You can import salary and allowances into Cintra Cloud using the Cintra Cloud Salary and Allowances Import Template.
Salary and allowances within Cintra Cloud used to be called recurring payments.
We are continually improving and adding new features to Cintra Cloud. Please be aware that Cintra Cloud can be updated without notice.

To import salary and allowances

1. Login to Cintra Cloud

To import salary and allowances, login to  Cintra Cloud as usual.  
  1. Open a browser and navigate to https:\\cintra.cloud.
  2. Sign-in with your email address and password.
  3. Enter the code sent to your mobile phone.
  4. Select the desired organisation if you have more than one.

2. Access salary and allowance import page

  1. Select the desired Payroll on the home page. The Payroll's dashboard appears.
     
  2. Click the Salary & Allowances button. You are presented with the following Add salary & allowances page.
    Note: The button is above the Salary and Allowances tile.

3. Download salary & allowance import template

In order to import salary and allowances into Cintra Cloud you need to populate a salary and allowances import template. Click the Download Template button on the Add salary & allowances page.

A copy of the salary_&_allowances.xlsx template is now downloaded. 

4. Bulk import salary and allowances data

Once you have completed your salary and allowances import spreadsheet and you are in a position to import the data into your payroll, you can upload your spreadsheet through Cintra Cloud. Each import needs to pass through validation checks before data can be imported into your payroll.  
  1. Upload your spreadsheet by performing either of the following:
    1. Drag a copy of the .xslx file into the upload box. 
    2. Browse your local computer by clicking on the browse this device  link. 

      Once you have uploaded your file, Cintra Cloud validates your data. If there are no validation issues you are presented with the following page.
      Note: At this point salary and allowances have not been imported into your payroll.
       

  2. Click the Complete Import button to import the salary and allowances into your Payroll.

    Once salary and allowances have been imported, you are presented with the following message:

  3. Click the Exit Import button to exit the import tool.

If any validation issues are displayed on the import page, these errors need to be corrected in your spreadsheet.  Once corrected, you will need to re-import your spreadsheet and then  Cintra Cloud will re-validate your data.
