Messaging with Cintra Cloud

Messaging within Cintra Cloud provides all the functions required for customers and Outsourced Service teams to securely communicate with each other and share payroll files. Each message sent will be automatically directed to every member of your allocated Outsource Service team. This is to ensure that your message will be attended to in a timely manner.

To access the messaging system

  1.  Login to Cintra Cloud.
    1. Open any browser.
    2. Enter the URL: https:\\
    3. Enter your Email address.
    4. Enter your Password.
    5. Click the Sign in button.
    6. Enter the 6 digit one-time access code received on your mobile.
    7. Click the Sign In button.
  2. Open the side menu.

    A list of menu options appear.
  3. Click Messaging. The Messaging Hub appears. You can perform the following:
    1. Compose and send new messages.
    2. Read the messages sent to you by your Outsource Services team.
    3. See the messages you have previously sent to your Outsource Services team.

To compose and send new messages

  1. Navigate to the Messaging Hub.
  2. Click the New Message button. 

    The New Post page appears.

  3. Enter a subject in the Subject line.
  4. Enter the message in the body.
  5. If necessary, click the Attach Document button to attach a document to the message. 
  6. Click the Send button.  Once a message is sent, you are returned to the Messaging Hub where you can view its history. The Messaging Hub also displays any messages received from Outsource Services. Note: The most recent messages are always at the top of the list.
  7. Sign out of Cintra Cloud when finished.

To view or download attachements

  1. Click the link for the attachment in the bottom right corner of the message.  Depending on your browser type and capabilities, the attachment either:
    1. Displays in a new browser tab.
    2. Opens in an application like Microsoft Excel.
    3. Appears at the bottom of the browser as a download.
