What are P11D Submissions?

What are P11D Submissions?

Within Cintra iQ, you can generate P11D submissions (prior to creating a submission file for HMRC), which produce the following:
  1. Draft P11Ds for printing/publishing to Self-Service.
  2. P11Ds for former employees only, where there is a need to post these out.
  3. Individual P11Ds.
Go to Cintra iQ: Payroll> Payroll Tolls> HMRC> P11D Forms

PAYE Scheme Reference
You can select the desired PAYE scheme for which the  P11D submission applies.

Tax Year
You can select the desired tax year for which the P11D submission applies.

Include
You can include All current and former employees or Former employees only for whom the P11D forms apply.
Output



Generate for
You can generate the P11D forms for either of the following:
 Individual Employees: When selected, this will produce individual P11D forms for each employee. For more information, see How do I produce P11D pdfs for individual employees?

Whole PAYE Scheme: When selected, this will produce one P11D form for all employees within the PAYE Scheme. For more information, see How Do I Produce P11D Submissions for Whole Pay Schemes?

Generate as draft
Select this to generate a draft version of the P11D form for Individual employees or Whole Pay Scheme to the location of your choosing. Note: You cannot send a draft version generated for Whole PAYE Schemes to FBI. 

Place into FBI Outbox
Select this to produce and send a final version of the P11D form for Whole PAYE Schemes to the FBI Outbox. Note: Only P11Ds forms generated for Whole PAYE Schemes will be placed into the FBI Outbox for submission. You cannot send a draft version to FBI.

Create PDF File(s)
Select this to generate the P11D form(s) in a PDF format.

Publish to Self-Service
Select this to publish Individual Employee P11D forms to Self-Service. Once in Self-Service, you can create the P11D form as a PDF. For more information, see How do I produce P11Ds for Self-Service?
