Bulk import year-to-date mileage

  1. To bulk import year to date mileage, go to Setup > People > Actions > Import Mileage Balance.

  1. Download the template.

  1. Complete the sheet with the users email address, date for the YTD mileage to be applied to and Mileage Balance.

  2. Save and return to Setup > People > Actions > Import to upload.
