Recording carbon emissions

You can record carbon emissions on your expense claim, depending on what category you select.

To record carbon emissions in a claim

1. Once you’ve logged in, from your dashboard click + New expense claim.

2. If you select a claim category that has been setup to record carbon emissions, additional fields will appear.

3. For vehicle journeys, when you enter a Journey Start and End, the Actual Distance and CO₂ emission is automatically calculated.

4. Remember to attach any receipts, then click Save.
