Guide: Mileage schemes

A mileage scheme reimburses employees for business travel in their own vehicles, excluding ordinary commutes to their regular workplace. In Cintra iQ you can set up a scheme to manage payments such as annual allowances, mileage rates, and passenger payments. Schemes can be configured to follow HMRC guidelines, so any amounts paid above HMRC rates are correctly taxed and reported.
