If you need to view the P45 forms for former employees, follow these steps:
Locate the Official Print Version: If the official print version of the P45 has been created, you can find copies in the PDFs section under acknowledgements.
For Published Versions: If the P45 forms have been only published and not printed, please note that a copy is not maintained in our system.
Reproduce the P45:
- Navigate to the specific employee's profile.
- Click on forms sent to HMRC.
- Untick the P45 option.
- Follow the process to reproduce the P45 form again.
Navigation Path: To access the P45's, go to: Payroll > Payroll Tools > HMRC > P45's.
