Once a non-working days set exists, you can add, update, or remove the individual dates within it. This is the day-to-day task most people will need: the system already ships with sets for England & Wales, Northern Ireland, Scotland, and Factory Shutdown, so most of the time you'll just be keeping the dates in these sets up to date rather than creating new sets. For creating a new set from scratch, see Setting up non-working days sets.
