As an administrator in Capture Expense, to Cintra People Payroll (formerly Cintra Cloud) to sync users and line managers, as well as reimburse people via payroll.

  1. Go to Setup > Settings and click the Integration tab.

  1. Ensure the Active box is checked.

  1. Enter suitable data into the Description, Client Id, Company/Integration Id, Client Secret or API key fields.

    1. If you need more help with these fields, contact Cintra Support.

  2. Click Save.

  3. Click Record Sync. You can now map a Cintra People Payroll payment header to a category.

Mapping payment headers to category records

  1. In Capture Expense, go to the Setup > Categories.

  2. Select a category.

  3. At the bottom of the category details, select a relevant header from the Cintra payment header field. This will allocate the payment in Cintra People Payroll to the correct header in Capture Expense.

  1. Click Save.

Important! If no payment header is selected, it defaults to the payment header Expenses, which must be created in Cintra People Payroll first

Exporting expense claims to Cintra People Payroll

  1. In Capture Expense, go to the Accounting > Claims.

  2. Select the claim you want to export, then click Export.

  3. Select the Export Format as Cintra Payroll, and enter a suitable reference.

  1. Click Export.

    • This will create a .csv file which can be imported into your next payroll run in Cintra People Payroll to help you process reimbursements.

Mapping a Cintra People Payroll record to a Capture Expense user

  1. In Capture Expense, go to to Setup > People.

  2. Select the relevant account record, and click Edit.

  3. In the Payroll Code field, enter the relevant Payroll Code.

    • This can be be the Employee record code or ID.

  4. Click Save.

    • The Payroll Code is used in the Cintra Cloud - Payroll export report from the Accounting view, which is used to reimburse employees.
