If you'd like to integrate Capture Expense with Azure Active Directory (AD) and enable Single Sign-On (SSO) with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), please contact your IT department. The setup below must be completed by a user with Entra ID administrative permissions, who must also have an account in Capture Expense.
To enable Single Sign-On with Azure AD
Go to the Capture Expense sign-in page: https://app.captureexpense.com/
Click Sign in with Microsoft.
Enter your company email address or phone number, then click Next.
Enter your password, then click Sign in.
Open the authenticator app on your mobile phone and enter the six-digit code, then click Verify.
Review the permissions required to complete SSO (for example, view your profile and access data). Check the Consent box, then click Accept.
Once setup is complete:
The Capture Expense app is added to your Azure Active Directory Enterprise apps.
Any Capture Expense user in your organisation can sign in by clicking Sign in with Microsoft.
