You can allow a user to enter expenses on behalf of another user. This can be configured by an administrator, or by the user themselves via their preferences.

Note: Entering expenses on behalf of another user does not delegate approval responsibilities.

  1. Go to Setup > People.

  2. Select the checkbox next to the user you want to grant on-behalf-of permission to.

  3. Click Edit.

  4. Scroll down to the Enter on behalf field, start typing the name of the user, then select their name from the list.

  5. Repeat step 4 for each user you wish to give the permission to, then click Save.
