Sign in for the first time

Once you have received your email from your Capture Expense administrator, and you have been given administrative permissions,  you must set your password in order to sign in.

If you have not received your email inviting you to sign in and get started with Capture Expense, check your Spam/Junk folders.

  1. In the email, click Set Your Password.

  1. Enter and confirm your password, following all the password rules shown.

  1. Click Update.

  2. Enter your email address and password, then click Sign in.

  3. You will be taken to your dashboard - XX.

Sign in from your PC or mobile device

  1. Go to https://app.captureexpense.com/account/login/

  2. Enter your email address and password, then click Sign in.

Sign in with Magic Link / verification link

  1. Go to https://app.captureexpense.com/account/login/

  2. Click Sign in with verification link.

  1. Enter your email address, then click Submit.

  2. You will shortly receive an email. Click Sign In.

  1. You will then be taken to your dashboard - XX.

Sign in with single sign-on (SSO)

If your organisation has set up SSO:

  1. Go to https://app.captureexpense.com/account/login/

  2. Click Sign in with Microsoft.
