Pliant cards
I’ve rolled everything Pliant related into one article … but I’ve nothing on setup / integration.
When I add a credit card to a users account, it automatically adds Pliant. How do you dePliant it?

Receipts inbox and card matching
Users with cards upload receipts to the inbox, card transactions come in via the feed, and the system automatically matches receipts to transactions.
WHY DON’T I HAVE A RECEIPTS section? Is this linked to the missing “remove” button?
Also - deleting a claim. Does the receipt get binned too?

Enabling SSO
The procedure loops and contradicts itself. Steps 7–10 essentially repeat what steps 6–7 already say (Verify, Accept, app added to Azure AD Enterprise apps, users can sign in). It looks like two versions of the same procedure got merged without cleanup.
Step 5 is out of scope. This step describes the user completing MFA on their phone — that's a standard Microsoft login flow, not something specific to enabling SSO. It conflates the admin setup process with the general sign-in experience.
"Azure Active Directory" is outdated. Microsoft rebranded this to Microsoft Entra ID in 2023. The intro actually uses "Entra ID" correctly, then reverts to "Azure Active Directory" in the steps — worth standardising.
The title POV is muddled. "How do I enable single sign-on for your users" — the "your" is inconsistent with the "I" and suggests this was written for a different context.
The intro mixes two audiences. It tells admins to contact IT, then immediately gives steps for the IT admin. Could be cleaner.

VAT on mileage and rates
You can generate a report in Capture Expense showing amounts paid against the approved amount.
"Capture Expense stores the approved rates and you can generate a reports which shows how much you've paid to staff versus the approved amount"
