Is my data safe?
Yes - the AI Search Assistant and Content Generator does not share any data within the Company Documents or Employee Records to anyone outside your user base.
Is the AI model learning?
No, we do not feed your questions or responses back into an AI learning model.
How do I enable the AI search assistant?
To enable the AI Search Assistant for your employees, go to Company Docs > Config > AI Search Assistant.
From here, you can chose whether to enable search for All Employees or HR Managers.
How do I enable the AI content generator?
Company Docs Generation
To enable the AI Content Generation for Company Docs, go to Company Docs > Config > AI Content Generation
Employee Records Generation
To enable the AI Content Generation for Employee Records, go to Profile > Admin & Config > AI Content Generation
