Four ways to connect your banking data

Prev Next

There are four ways to bring your banking and credit card transactions into Expenses. You can use more than one method at once, for example, one method for one card provider and a different method for another — but each account or card typically only needs one method.

  1. Client card integration: If  you have a client card, transactions come through automatically as soon as you spend. No setup needed on your part beyond having the card. See Pliant cards.

  2. Open banking: connects your corporate credit card account via Money Hub. Transactions pull through automatically roughly every 6–8 hours. See Connect to open banking.

  3. CSV statement import: You choose how often you manually import (weekly, monthly, etc.). See Import bank statements.

  4. SFTP feed: set up a direct feed with your bank. Currently supported for Amex and Mastercard Smart Data. See Integrate credit cards via FTP / SFTP.
