Cintra People HR has prebuilt HR Insights available for you to view key statistics to do with your organisation.
To view these, go to Reporting > HR Insights.
HR insights are split into different categories, these are:

Head Count
-
Salary
-
Tenure
Within each of the categories, you will see some high level insights.
Each has an icon in the top right to understand where the data is coming from.
On the Salary insights, you can choose to view the salary data as total or average, using the dropdown option.
If you have salary information in different currencies, you'll be able to view your insights by toggling between the currencies.
