Cintra People is shortly moving to a new web address: cintrapeople.com. Your data, sign-in details, and access all stay the same, only the address changes.
Updating your saved bookmarks
To avoid losing quick access once the old address is switched off, we recommend updating your saved bookmarks from cintra.cloud to cintrapeople.com.
EITHER: Replace the existing bookmark
Open the bookmark management menu in your browser (usually via the star/bookmark icon), or through the main menu under Bookmarks / Favourites.
Find the existing entry for cintra.cloud.
Select Edit (or Properties) and replace the address with cintrapeople.com.
Save your changes.
OR: Delete the old bookmark and create a new one
Delete the old bookmark for cintra.cloud.
Go to the new address: cintrapeople.com.
Add a new bookmark using the star/bookmark icon in your browser.
Tip! If you use a bookmark toolbar or synced bookmarks across multiple devices, the change carries over automatically once updated through your synced account.
Updating your saved logins
As Cintra People's address is changing, your browser or password manager won't recognise the new domain and won't offer to auto-fill your password once the old address is switched off. This doesn't mean your password is lost, you simply need to link the saved entry to the new address: cintrapeople.com.
EITHER: Replace the existing saved login manually
These steps will work with most password managers, including those built into browsers.
Open the saved passwords/logins section of your password tool/browser. This can usually be found under Settings > Passwords, or via a dedicated app or extension.
Find the entry linked to cintra.cloud.
Select Edit for that entry.
In the address/website field, replace or add the new address, cintrapeople.com. The password itself stays the same.
Save your changes.
OR: Go to the new address with your existing credentials
Go to cintrapeople.com and sign in using your normal credentials.
Most password tools will automatically offer to update your saved password, or create a new entry linked to the new address.
Note: If you use multiple devices or a synced password tool, updating on one device usually carries the change over to the rest automatically.
Updating your saved passkeys
Passkeys are tied to the specific web address they were created on. Since we're moving from cintra.cloud to cintrapeople.com, any passkey you previously set up for the old address won't work on the new one – you'll need to set up a new passkey on cintrapeople.com. Your account, data, and other sign-in details stay the same; this only affects the passkey itself.
General steps (apply to most devices/browsers):
Sign in to cintrapeople.com using an alternative method (e.g. password, or another MFA method you have set up).
Go to your account security or sign-in settings.
Look for the passkey section and remove/ignore the old entry tied to cintra.cloud (if shown).
Select the option to add or create a new passkey.
Follow your device's prompts (fingerprint, face recognition, PIN, or security key) to register the new passkey for cintrapeople.com.
Note: If you don't remember setting up a passkey, you may not have one – in that case, no action is needed here, just make sure you can still sign in with your usual method.
Note for MFA: Multi-factor authentication (MFA) will continue to work as-is on the new address – no changes needed there.
