Why hasn't my review cycle triggered for today when I've just created it?

Your review cycle won't trigger on the same day it's been created as the cycles trigger overnight, so the cycle has already missed its creation time. You will need to set it to trigger for the following day.

Why hasn't my review cycle triggered for certain employees?

The review cycle won't have triggered if there is already an existing review in place for the same review period for the employee.

You can see existing reviews for each employee by going to Reviews > All Reviews > Select Employee name.

If the review isn't showing on the employee's My Reviews page, it's because the manager hasn't yet requested the employee to complete their Employee Assessment.

Why has an employee's review has not assigned to the correct manager?

Reviews will automatically be assigned to the primary manager of the Team, unless a Performance Manager has been specified for this employee. You can change the Performance Manager of this review by going to Options > Assign New Manager.

To update the primary manager of a Team going forward, go to Organisation > Teams > Select Team > Managers.

If you'd like a different employee to be the manager of this employee's reviews in future you can assign them the Performance Manager role by going to Organisation > Employees > Select the employee you'd like to make a Performance Manager > User, Roles & Security > Performance Manager > add the name of the employee who needs to be performance managed by this employee.

I pressed "Complete" on the review, how do I go back to add more comments?

Once the review has been completed, it goes into a read only mode and is no longer editable.

You'll need to start a new review if further comments are needed.

Why can't I create a review for an employee?

To create a review you'll need to be either the employee's Team Manager or Performance Manager, or have the HR Manager role within the system.

You will also need to check if the employee has access to the HR module by going to Roles & Access > Login & Access.

Lastly, if an employee has already had a review created for the same review period, the review cycle won't trigger a review for the employee.

Why can't I download the performance review progress or employee assessment reports?

These reports currently aren't downloadable. You can view them in the system by going to Reviews > Reporting and you can take a screenshot if needed.

If you want a list of all in progress reports, go to Reviews > All Reviews. You can also download the individual employee review documents once the reviews have been completed by going to Reviews > Search for employee in the top right hand search bar > my reviews > click on required review > download review doc.
