Statutory Sick Pay (SSP) and Occupational Sick Pay (OSP) are paid automatically once a sickness entry has been made in the Calendar, provided the employee has entitlement. All sickness records are entered and maintained through the Calendar.

Steps to take

  1. Set up OSP and/or SSP defaults.

  2. Create new OSP schemes.

  3. Assign employees to OSP schemes.

  4. Create calendar events.

  5. Calculate sick pay.

  6. View and update SSP claims.
