The articles below explain how to take values from the Spine Points, Grades, Job, and Post forms within Cintra iQ, which allows you to give an employee a post and salary at the same time. Paying via posts

  1. Set up spine points

  2. Set up a grade with a pay spine attached

  3. Generate a job with working time included

  4. Combine the spine points, grades, and jobs to create a post

  5. Apply the post to the employee

  6. Assign the spine point to the post to pay employees

  7. Assign a work pattern to the post

  8. Calculate the employee's payslip

  9. Check payments are correct
