Bureaus can now get an email alert when a new submission appears in their bank file with a latest submission date of today.
What's new?
At 4pm, you get one summary email listing every new submission due today.
After 4pm, you get a separate email for each new submission as it's added.
Each email shows the organisation, the payroll (or HMRC or third-party run), the amount and the payment date.
Alerts only include organisations that belong to your bureau.

What next?
Alerts are off by default. To turn them on, raise a ticket with Cintra Support and include your bureau name and the email address the alerts should go to. We can add one email address per bureau, so a shared mailbox works best if several people need the alerts.
