You can get an email alert when a new BACS submission appears in your bureau's bank file with a latest submission date of today. This helps you spot files that need checking before the submission deadline.
How the alerts work
At 4pm, you get one summary email listing every new submission in your bank file with a latest submission date of today.
After 4pm, you get a separate email for each new submission added that day, as it arrives.
Before 4pm, no alerts are sent.
Each email lists the organisation, the payroll (or HMRC or third-party run), the amount and the payment date. Alerts only include organisations that belong to your bureau.
How to turn alerts on
Alerts are off until an email address is added to your bureau profile. Only Cintra Support can add it.
Raise a ticket with Cintra Support.
Include your bureau name and the email address you want the alerts sent to.
We can add one email address per bureau. If several people need the alerts, we recommend a shared mailbox.
How to change or turn off alerts
Raise a ticket with Cintra Support to change the email address or remove it. If you remove the address, alerts stop.
