What is Cintra Bureau?

Cintra Bureau is a cloud-based payroll product designed for bureau teams managing payrolls on behalf of multiple clients. It replaces spreadsheet-based working with a single online interface, giving bureau teams and their clients a shared, real-time view of payroll data.

As part of this, Cintra People lets you manage clients’ organisations, bank files, pension submissions and payments.

Real-time data input

Clients enter data directly into their payroll through Cintra People, rather than submitting changes by spreadsheet. Because the data updates in real time, clients can see their own information and indicative payroll costs straight away, without waiting for the payroll to be processed.

Managing multiple client payrolls

Bureau teams can access and manage several client payrolls from one place. Access control determines what each user can see, so bureau users only have visibility of the clients and data they are authorised for. Teams can be created and users assigned to them, which keeps client data separated and controlled.

Reporting and sharing

Bureau teams can generate reports and share them securely with clients from within the product, in place of producing and sending reports manually.
