What is the Bank Portal?

The Bank Portal is a secure online platform designed to streamline the management of BACS (Bank Automated Clearing System) payments related to your customers payroll(s). It provides a centralised location for viewing, downloading, and tracking payment files.

Who can access the Bank Portal?

Access to the Bank Portal is typically granted to:

  • Bureau Managers who oversee their bureau and the Bank Portal

  • BACS Scheduling users who have access to all payments in the Bank Portal.

Key features of the Bank Portal:

  • View and download payment files: Easily view and download STD18 payment files.

  • Track payment status: Monitor the progress of your payments from authorisation to submission.

  • Cancel payments: In certain circumstances, cancel payments before they are processed.
