Capture Expense app

You can download Capture Expense onto an Apple phone or Android phone. All the features available to the desktop version are also available to mobile, except administration and maintenance tasks.

iOS / Apple

  1. Either scan the QR code below, or visit https://apps.apple.com/us/app/capture-expense/id6444742936

  1. Log in, then tap Share.

  2. Tap Add to Home Screen.

  3. Tap Add. The app is installed on your Home screen.

Android

  1. Either scan the QR code below, or visit https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.expenseonce.app.twa

  1. Log in, then go to your browser settings.

  2. Tap Add Home Screen. Page 1 of the Add to Home screen pop up appears.

  3. Tap Add. Page 2 of the Add to Home screen pop up appears.

  4. Either:

    1. Tap Touch and hold to place manually.

      Tap Add Automatically.

  5. The app is installed on your Home screen.

Signing in

The process for signing in is the same on both the apps and the web version. See Sign in to Capture Expense.

Using the app

The app works the same way as the web version. Therefore, for help with using a specific feature, go to the relevant help article. Where relevant, there will be separate sections for using the feature on the web and in the app.
