It is good practice to regularly change your password. To do this:
Click your name at the top-right of the screen
Click Change Password.

In the Change Password window:
Enter your existing password
Enter your new password twice, following all the password rules listed
You will be logged out of Cintra People on all your devices and you can now log in with your new password.
