Each time you sign in to Cintra People, you must authenticate via an authenticator app or SMS. To change how you do this:
Log in to Cintra People.
Click your name at the top-right of the screen.

Click Authentication preferences.

Just as you logged in for the first time, either:
In the Authenticator App tab, scan the QR code, then enter the six-digit code.
In the SMS tab, enter your mobile phone number (or if it is already there, check it is correct).
Click Save Preferences.
The next time you log into Cintra People, you will be asked to use the new authentication method you chose.
