Please note that all users have access to configure their personal Preference settings although the available options will depend on their role.
Preferences
To configure personal preferences on your Cintra People HR account, click Account (your name at the top-right) > Preferences.

On the Preferences tab, configure the settings to suit your needs. There are a number of tabs to work through, some may not be visible, depending on your user role and access.
Preferences - allows you to configure Date Format and Timezone for your account
Password & Two-Factor Authentication - allows you to set up a Two-Factor Authentication if you're a password user. See enabling two-factor authentication.
Digest Emails - configure daily emails to let you know who is off. See Daily Digest below.
Cintra People HR Communications - control which updates you get from us - choose whether to subscribe to our Newsletter, Product Updates and General communications.
Notifications - switch on Offline Notifications to keep you in the loop, even when you're not logged in. See offline notifications.
Daily Digest
To configure preferences on default pages on your Cintra People HR account, please click on Account > Preferences >Digest Emails.
Daily digest email will send the configured leave information regarding the team you are in.

Click Enable leave to display the following options:
Time period: current day's data or following day's data
Request type: Leave Requests, Sickness Reports or both
How often: every working day or every day (including non-working days such as weekends or public holidays)
What time: emails are sent on the hour.
