Reminder: Cintra Support cannot help any employee access their account. If the steps below don’t work, speak to your Cintra People administrator.

If you can’t access Cintra People because you’ve forgotten your password:

  1. Go to https://cintra.cloud.

  2. Enter your email address.

  3. Click Forgot your password.

  4. Enter your email address again, then click Continue.

  5. If your email address matches an email in Cintra People, you will receive an email from Cintra People.

  1. Click the Reset Password link.

  2. Enter your new password twice, ensuring your new password matches all the criteria listed, then click Create Password.

  3. Your password is now reset. You can now log in as normal.

Still can’t access Cintra People?

If you have:

  • Not received your MFA security code.

  • Entered an incorrect mobile number.

  • Problems resetting your password.
