Why can’t I see / do something I can see in the help?
There are two probable reasons for this.
You are using a version of Cintra People HR where this feature is not available. See
You do not have the correct user type / user permissions. For example, standard employees have very limited functionality within the system. For more information, speak to your HR manager or administrator.
Why am I getting a 403 message?
When you click a link, the following error occurs:
"403: Forbidden. You do not have access to the requested resource."
If you do not have permission to view a request, you will receive this message. Speak to your HR manager/administrator about gaining access.
Remember:
You will need the HR Manager role to undertake HR Management tasks generally found under the Org Admin tab.
You will need the Administrator role to undertake all system configuration tasks found under the Configuration tab.
