Find answers to common questions about signing in to Cintra People HR, including account access and email notifications.

How do I change my password?

  1. When logged into Cintra People HR, click your name at the top-right.

  2. Click the Password & Two-Factor Authentication tab.

  3. Click Change Password.

  4. Enter your existing password.

  5. Enter your new password, ensuring it follows all the rules shown.

  6. Enter your new password again into the field below.

  7. Click Confirm Change Password.

Why can't I reset my password?

You can log into Cintra People HR through either SSO OR user name and password.

If your organisation uses SSO, they may prevent you from setting up a username and password. If so, you will not have a password to reset and should log in with the Single Sign On buttons.

If you are using an email address and password, you can reset your password from the login screen and you will receive an email with an invitation to do so.  You must ensure that you follow all the password requirements shown on screen.

I've forgotten my password. What do I do?

To reset your password, go to app.appogeehr.com/login and click Recover your password. Follow the steps on the screen to reset your password.

My welcome link has expired. What do I do?

Request a new log in link from your HR Manager or systems administrator

I didn't receive the password reset link. What do I do?

Try logging in with the single sign on buttons shown in the above screenshot.

Ask your HR Manager to check that your email address has been spelt correctly.

I got a message saying that my password has been disabled? What do I do?

Your company has disabled password login and you'll need to use one of the single sign-on buttons.
