The Bulk Import functionality in Cintra People has been rebuilt, giving you a better way to add or update payroll and employee data at scale.
What's new?
Bulk import covers three data types:
One-off payments and deductions. Add one-off payments or deductions for multiple employees, in either format you already hold your data in: one row per employee per payment, or one row per employee with payments spread across columns.
Salary and allowances. Update salary or allowance details for multiple employees in a single import.
New starters. Add multiple new employees in a single import.
Key benefits
Load your file as it already exists. No need to reshape it before uploading.
Map your file's columns to Cintra's fields on screen, with any unmapped columns flagged before you can proceed.
Fix validation errors inline, without leaving the screen or re-uploading the file.
Track every import's status from a recent imports table.
