Once you have submitted a leave or sickness request, you may need to change the dates.
Rather than submitting your request for cancellation and then having to resubmit it, you can request to edit it.
The Request Changes process will notify your approver to approve or reject the change.
Request a change to an approved request
Within the Leave Overview section, click the Requests tab.
Open any approved request.
Click the Request Changes button.

Make the necessary changes and click Request Changes.
Enter a reason for the change, then click Request Changes.
Once you've submitted your change, your approver will be notified. You will also be notified once your change has been approved / rejected.
Cancel an approved request
Within the Leave Overview section, click the Requests tab.
Open any approved request.
Click the Submit Cancellation button.
Enter any comments, then click Submit Cancellation.
