Work profiles have been renamed as leave profiles. The working rota functionality previously configured here has moved to the new work patterns feature; everything relating to leave, sickness, and entitlements remains unchanged and stays in leave profiles. As work profiles have been split up into leave profiles (for leave) and work patterns (for work), all the functionality for part-time employees is now found in work patterns. If you had previously set up part-time employees in work profiles, then the procedure for doing it in work profiles still works by creating a part-time work pattern as a child of a full-time.
